What if I receive an incomplete, incorrect, or damaged order?
While we try our best to fulfill your orders correctly, in the best manner possible, for any complaints you may have, with regard to your order, please contact our Customer Care within 7 business days of your order delivery, for prompt resolution. In the extremely rare occasion where you receive a product with tampered/open packaging, please inform our Customer Care within 2 business days of receipt, with supporting images if applicable, so we can best address your concern.
